Snow Removal

How it works:

Please move your vehicle off the premises between 11:am – 1:pm the day after a snowstorm hits.

-     If you go away, and have a car outside, please make sure you arrange for someone to remove your vehicle

-     Please move your vehicle somewhere that will not get in the way of the plow or others

Please DO NOT put loose garbage in large bins. All waste must be in bags that way under 10lbs.

Garbage

There are two methods of throwing away your garbage: In the garbage room located in the parking garage or in the outside bin. Garbage does not need to be separated.

Please pay attention to the Signs in the Garbage room.

Recyclables:

Plastic/Glass/Tin bottles are collected & donated to the Albert Country Food Bank.

Cardboard must be folded and made small before putting in any bins.

A Letter from your Property Manager:

Hello, and welcome to your new home at Quinn Court Apartments. We are so happy to have you join our community. Moving can be so exciting with unpacking, decorating and exploring the area of your new residence. At Quinn Court we want to send you the biggest greetings and wish you the best with making new memories in your new home.

My job/role and what you can expect from me:

I, Katie Downey, would like to formally introduce myself as your Property Manager as I look forward to meeting all of you. My role here at Quinn Court Apartments is to be the level of communication between you and the landlord. All questions, comments or concerns are to be summitted to me via the website at www.quinncourtinc.ca. I will be responsible for maintaining and securing the premises, hiring outside sources for cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, inspections, plumbing, electrical, and more. I will also manage budgets, decorate the premises and ensure all payments are in on time. I am knowledgeable of the tenant laws and ensure that all security deposits are sent to the e-landlord and are securely held. Another aspect of my job will be screening tenants, giving tours of our premise and/or filling vacancies along with advertising for Quinn Court Apartments.

 My expectations from you:

I believe having clear expectations are key and that is why I feel it is important to write this letter. My expectations from you (the tenant(s)) are to keep in mind that I am a person first. I run the rental room on the third floor; there will be times where I will be staying in that room or walking the hallways. I just ask that you respect my living space as I will respect yours. I have built the website “form section” for the purpose of clear communication. As your property manager, I will be honest and say this is my first time in this role and although I have done a lot of research and mentorship for this role, I will not know all the answers. Having the website and the 3 day reply period gives me time to think and answer your questions/concerns properly with the best possible response. I kindly ask that you don’t stop me in the hallways or come to my room with any questions or concerns about the apartments - with that being said, I would love to talk to you about anything outside the apartments as I love a good conversation and want to get to know all of you 

(Please keep in mind, if there is an emergency please communicate with me immediately.)

 Website Help & Guidance

For the first 30 days of your move in date, if you are struggling with the website, I want to offer my assistance as I know it is very important for you to fully understand how the website works to be able to communicate with me. Please email me at kkd2018@quinncourtinc.com if you need assistance.

 Thank you :)
