How we started:
Quinn Court Apartments Inc became a company in October 2018 with the help of our partner company, “Legacy Hills Development (LHD).” Legacy Hills Development is a land development company that has built or sold many commercial properties around the community of Riverview.
What we believe:
We believe the importance of community; on the east coast, we have an appreciation for the importance of togetherness and small-town values like friendliness, hospitality and openness. We care about our surroundings and welcome all newcomers. As local owners, we wish to connect with our tenants so people feel welcomed, included and, most of all, at home in their brand new luxury apartment.
Where we go from here:
We hope to utilize the nature around us by providing more areas for living, socialization, and activities.
